This is a 256GB "mod" which will require some aadjustments to get working. This includes installing custom firmware. The 256GB chip will be soldered onto the module but it will be blank. You will need to copy the data from your old module to the new module in order for this to work. There are plenty or guides online for this.
This listing is for the EMMC module and a 256GB chip pre installed. It will allow upgrades to 256GB internal storage but you must use this on an unpatched or sort of patched board.
