How it works:

We will need your serial number and master key code. This can be generated by entering the pin incorrectly 6 times. At the bottom of the screen it will show an option to reset the pin.

Once ordered you will need to contact us and arrange a time to go through the reset process in real time. This can be done using the live chat feature at the bottom of the page. Once we're online at the same time as you we can generate a code to enter into your device to remove the pin. This is a completely legal service and will not result in your console being banned.
